| When will my order ship?
We try to ship your order same day if your order is
received before 3:00 pm MST. Occassionally we will have
a backorder and will ship your order as soon as our
stock is replenished. Orders placed over the internet,
your credit card is charged automatically when you place
the order. When we are on backorder, if you are not
agreeable to the wait time, please call 800-754-8751
and request your order be cancelled and your card refunded.
New customers paying by check, slows your order down
as we reserve the right to hold your order until your
funds have cleared. Paying by check may delay your order
up to 2 weeks.
Our preferred carrier is UPS as they offer better tracking ability and guaranteed delivery.
Checks are not an acceptable forms of payment for express
and air mail services due to processing time. Check
orders submitted through the website via PayPal, requesting
air mail or express, shipping costs are corrected to
UPS and mailed out in 2 weeks.
Please Note: If you purchase UBH products and get Free
shipping and the package is returned to us because you
decided not to receive the package, you will be charged
a $10.00 processing and handling fee. Your purchase
price less the $10 fee will be refunded.
