We try to ship your order same day if your order is received before 3:00 pm MST. Occassionally we will have a backorder and will ship your order as soon as our stock is replenished. Orders placed over the internet, your credit card is charged automatically when you place the order. When we are on backorder, if you are not agreeable to the wait time, please call 800-754-8751 and request your order be cancelled and your card refunded.

When your order is shipped you will usually receive it in 3-5 business days.

New customers paying by check, slows your order down as we reserve the right to hold your order until your funds have cleared. Paying by check may delay your order up to 2 weeks.

UPS is our preferred carrier. To protect our cardholders, your shipment will be delayed for bank verification if your credit card billing address does not match what is on file with the issuing bank.

Shipping-Domestic
Continental US: Your order will be shipped via UPS. Orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days after it is processed.

AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam: Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to arrive after it is processed.

Shipping-International
We send international orders via USPS International Air Mail. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive after it is processed.

Canada: Your order will be shipped USPS International Air Mail. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to arrive after it is processed.
